Votes of our junior staff

In cooperation with the Trendence Institute Berlin, more than 350 of our young talents provided valuable feedback in an anonymous survey in summer 2024: Including almost 250 apprentices and vocational trainees and more than 100 graduate trainees. This impressive participation demonstrates the high level of commitment of our young talents and provides us with important insights for the continuous improvement of our programs. We are particularly grateful for the sincere feedback from our junior staff.

On the basis of these responses, we are proud to accept our awards as an attractive employer for the third time in a row. These trophies are a strong sign that our strategy of offering young talents world-class development opportunities and continuously investing in our junior staff is the right approach.

The "Fair Vocational Training" and "Fair Graduate Program" seals are based on a comprehensive evaluation methodology:

• Fair Vocational Training: This certification was originally developed in cooperation with the FOM University. It recognizes its commitment to fair and high-quality training programs.
• Fair Graduate Program: The basis for this seal is a charter for trainee programs, which was developed in cooperation with the Institute for Human Resources Management of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich. It includes important aspects such as appropriate remuneration, clear development goals and the assumption of responsible tasks.
