Order Overview
The feature “Order overview” shows you all dated transfers as well as direct debits, file uploads, standing orders and foreign transactions that still need to be confirmed. In addition the execution date, recipient name/debtor, amount and order type is displayed. By opening the “Actions” menu you can edit, delete or confirm an order.
The feature “Order overview” unites the old features “Outstanding orders / Second signature” and “List scheduled payments” and allows you to see all your orders at a glance.

The list can be sorted and certain orders can be found more easily by using different filters in the order overview.

Choose the desired order status with your cursor and the belonging orders will be loaded. If you do not select a certain order status, all orders will be displayed in the overview by default.

Every payment that has already been confirmed but is scheduled to be executed at a future date is shown here. By using the actions menu you can edit or delete an execution scheduled order. If you choose the filter “Execution scheduled” you will get an order overview that is equivalent to the old feature “List scheduled payments”
Confirmation needed
The orders which are now marked as “Confirmation needed” were previosly shown in a separate feature (“Outstanding orders / Second signature”).
In case of accounts with multiple joint authorized persons the confirmation of an order (transaction, standing order, etc.) is only possible by entering a second TAN of a second authorized person. This applies to the first registration of the order as well as to subsequent alterations (e.g. alterations to an amount of a current standing order or alteration to the execution date of a batch transfer).
Orders that need a second signature are released by an authorized person with the first TAN in the registration process and then temporarily saved in Commerzbank online banking. The confirmation is available under “Confirm” in the actions menu. After the second confirmation by another authorized user the order will be executed.
If the order is not processed within 30 days the outstanding order will be deleted automatically and not be shown in the order overview any more.

How are outstanding orders marked visually?
An exclamation mark next to the order type as well as the note “Confirmation needed” marks the orders that need a second signature.
Yellow exclamation mark
Orders that need to be confirmed and shall be executed on the next possible or another future date are marked with a yellow exclamation mark. The yellow question mark, therefore, tells you that the belonging order needs to be confirmed in order to be executed in time. If the time of the scheduled order has exceeded the yellow exclamation mark turns red and the order can not be executed on schedule.
Red exclamation mark
Orders, which have not been executed until a chosen execution date, are marked with a red exclamation mark. The red exclamation mark shows that the order can not be executed relating to the chosen execution date. By clicking on “Confirm” in the actions menu the execution date will be set to the next possible date automatically. An exception is the standing order that has to be deleted and then registered again.
Which actions can I choose?
You can make alterations and deletions by using the “Actions” menu. In case of outstanding orders you also can confirm them if you have the authorization.
Edit
By selecting “Edit” you can open the belonging order and make alterations.
Delete
By selecting “Delete” you can open the belonging order and delete it.

Orders that need a second signature are released by an authorized person with the first TAN in the registration process and then temporarily saved in Commerzbank online banking. After the first registration the active user will get a note that another TAN is necessary to confirm the order. After the second confirmation by another authorized user the order will be executed.
